What we're building

Like a code registry, but for game servers

Setting up a dedicated server usually means installing an operating system, runtimes, server software, firewall rules and backups by hand. We package that work into versioned, community-maintained server environments you can inspect before you run.

Ready-to-import VMs

Lightweight base images for each game, built and signed by us, ready for Proxmox VE and KVM.

Shareable server setups

Publishers share versioned configurations — settings, plugins, maps and docs — that anyone can find, compare and reuse.

Trust you can check

Every release carries checksums, signatures and clear trust labels, so you know exactly what you are running.

How it works

From browsing to playing in four steps

  1. 01

    Find a server

Browse by game, version, server type and hardware requirements.

  2. 02

    Verify & import

Download the image, check its signature, and import it with a few copy-paste commands.

  3. 03

    Run the setup wizard

Name your server, accept the game's licence yourself, and set admins, players and backups.

  4. 04

    Invite your friends

Get your connection address, plus clear guidance for port forwarding if friends play from outside your network.

Games

The co-op and survival games friends play together

Each game is supported through an adapter that knows how to install, configure, update and back it up, so new games can be added without redesigning the platform.

Security & licensing

Built to be trusted, not just used

You are running infrastructure on your own network. We treat that seriously.

  • We never redistribute game files. Servers download from official sources on first boot, and you accept each game's licence yourself.
  • Secure by default. No hard-coded passwords. Admin tools stay on your local network unless you choose otherwise.
  • Verifiable releases. Releases are immutable, checksummed and signed, with published build provenance.

Trust labels on every release

UnverifiedPublished and passes format checks
ScannedAutomated security and licence checks passed
Publisher-signedSigned by a verified, MFA-protected publisher
ReproducibleBuilt by our isolated pipeline from a pinned recipe
ReviewedChecked by a person against a published checklist

No label means "guaranteed safe". Each one says exactly what was checked.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this a game server hosting service?

No. We don't run servers for you. We provide the environments, and you run them on your own hardware or hypervisor. Your server, your data.

Do I need to own the game?

You need whatever each game's publisher requires to run a dedicated server. The setup wizard downloads the server software from official sources and asks you to accept its licence terms yourself.

Why a virtual machine instead of a container?

A VM gives each server its own isolated system with simple snapshots and backups, and it fits naturally into hypervisors like Proxmox that many homelab users already run.

Will it be free?

Public server environments will be free to browse and download. Any paid features would be aimed at publishers and teams, not at players.

When can I use it?

The platform is in early development. No downloads are available yet.
